Please check the dates availability by filling our contact form before booking any flight or transportation. If the date of the surf retreat is confirmed, you will be asked for a 50% deposit, non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to hold your space. Once your deposit has been made, the balance of your trip will be due 4 weeks before your surf camp start date.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Guest Reservation Cancellation
You will be asked to pay a 50% deposit to hold your space, which is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. We reserve the right to cancel the surf retreat for any reasons beyond our control (such as natural disasters, illness or covid situation) and we will not be liable for any refunds or reimbursing travel costs or expenses made in preparation for trip. The following policy applies if you decide to cancel your stay.
Your remaining balance (which does not include deposit) can be used depending on the following:
- If cancellation is made 60 days in advance of your surf camp date, your remaining balance is refundable OR you can apply that remaining balance towards another surf retreat.
- If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to your retreat start date your remaining balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
There are no exceptions to our policies, including personal emergencies, injuries, weather and natural disasters.
